Champions Futbol Club Terms of Service

Welcome to Champions Futbol Club (hereinafter referred to as "the Academy"). By enrolling your child in our programs and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment and Registration
1.1. Eligibility: Our programs are designed for children aged 5-15 years.
1.2. Registration: Parents or legal guardians must complete the registration process and provide accurate information about the child.
1.3. Fees: Enrollment is contingent upon payment of the required fees. All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the program.
2. Attendance and Participation
2.1. Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for the child's development. Please notify the Academy in case of any absences.
2.2. Punctuality: Children should arrive on time for all sessions. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate.
2.3. Behavior: Participants are expected to exhibit respectful and sportsmanlike behavior at all times. The Academy reserves the right to dismiss any child for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
3. Safety and Health
3.1. Medical Information: Parents must provide the Academy with any relevant medical information about their child, including allergies and existing conditions.
3.2. Injuries: The Academy takes safety seriously, but injuries can occur. By enrolling, parents acknowledge the risks and agree not to hold the Academy liable for any injuries sustained during participation.
3.3. Emergency Contact: Parents must provide current emergency contact information and authorize the Academy to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. Respect: All participants, parents, and staff are expected to treat each other with respect.
4.2. Dress Code: Children must wear appropriate soccer attire and safety gear (e.g., shin guards, cleats) as specified by the Academy.
4.3. Equipment: The Academy will provide necessary training equipment. Participants must treat the equipment with care.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1. Personal Information: The Academy will collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of running the programs and will not share it with third parties without consent.
5.2. Media Release: By enrolling, parents consent to the Academy using photographs and videos of their child for promotional purposes. Parents who do not wish to have their child's image used must notify the Academy in writing.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
6.1. Payment Schedule: Payments must be made according to the schedule provided at the time of registration.
6.2. Refunds: Refund requests must be made in writing. The Academy will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, but fees are generally non-refundable once the program has commenced.
6.3. Cancellation: The Academy reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
7. Liability Waiver
7.1. Assumption of Risk: By enrolling, parents acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with soccer activities.
7.2. Waiver of Liability: Parents agree to release and hold harmless the Academy, its staff, and affiliated entities from any claims or liabilities arising out of their child's participation.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. Modifications: The Academy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Parents will be notified of any significant changes.
9. Governing Law
9.1. Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland/United States America, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Silver Spring/Maryland/United States of America.
